MASALADOSHA MOST DELICIOUS FOOD IN THE WORLD (RECIPE)

STEP 1

First you need to make DOSHA BATTER...

Dosa Batter recipe

Par boiled Rice -1 1/2 cup (Idly pulungal arisi)

Raw rice - 1/2 cup

Whole urad dal (without skin) -1/2 cup

Fenugreek seeds -1/2 tsp

Channa dal / bengal gram/kadalai paruppu - 2 tbsp

Tur dal - 1 1/2 tbsp

Salt needed

Method

Soak par boiled rice, raw rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, bengal gram, tur dal in enough water for 4-5 hours.

Wash and grind everything together to a smooth texture adding water, a little at a time. I used the wet grinder for grinding. Add needed salt and leave it overnight to ferment. The fermenting time differs according to the climatic conditions.

Before making dosa, add a tsp of sugar, little water and mix well to get the dosa batter consistency. The batter is ready to make masala dosa. Now we will see how to make filling for masala dosa 

STEP 2

Filling for Masala dosa

Ingredients needed

Potatoes - 500 grams

Onion -2 medium size

Ginger - 1 inch piece

Green chilli - 2-3 (finely chopped or slit)

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves - few tender ones

Salt needed

For the seasoning

Oil -2 tbsp

Mustard - 1 tsp

Urad dal -3/4 tsp

Bengal gram/channa dal - 3/4 tsp

Hing/Asafoetida - a pinch

Oil for making dosa - (sesame seed oil preferable)

Preparation

Wash and cut potatoes into half and pressure cook  for 3 whistles. After it cools, peel the skin and mash it well.( not to a fine paste) Keep it aside.

Cut onions lengthwise, slit green chilli and finely chop ginger.

Method

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add hing, urad dal and channa dal.

When dal turns golden brown, add thinly sliced onions, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Saute for a few minutes until onion turns pink. (do not brown the onions)

Add turmeric powder, mashed potatoes and salt needed.

Cook for few minutes (around 5-6 mins) until everything gets blended well. Switch off the flame.Our filling for the masala dosa is ready. Do not add water, then the dosa will become soggy. If needed you can add just a tbsp of water.

Now we will prepare the dosa. Heat a non stick or iron tawa, add a drop of oil and rub half an onion on it. Once the tawa is heated, bring the flame to medium and pour a ladle of batter in the center.

Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion as seen in the picture below. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa and close it with a lid. (masala dosa should not be thick)

Once the edges starts browning and the dosa is cooked, reduce the heat, add 2-3 tbsp of potato masala, a little butter (optional ) and fold the dosa. Remove from tawa and serve hot. Note - Since we are closing it with a lid, there is not need to cook the other side.

Masala dosa is ready to be served. You can fold it into half or as shown below or into a triangle. Repeat the process for the rest of the batter. Serve with chutney and sambar of your choice.

ITEMS YOU NEED

1-2 Organic Portobello Mushroom Caps

1 Teaspoon of Organic Olive Oil or Raw Coconut Butter

1 Teaspoon of Minced Fresh Parsley

Organic Black Pepper (or your favorite spices)

1 Tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice

Crushed Garlic Clove

Finely Chopped Rosemary

Diced tomatoes

Organic Shredded Mozarella Cheese

LET'S LOOK HOW TO PREPARE

Heat up the grill (medium), toaster oven (around 375 degrees) or non-stick skillet.

Combine the tomatoes, cheese, oil, rosemary and garlic in a small bowl.

Remove the dark gills (edible) from the mushroom and the stem. Discard them.

Combine 1/2 teaspoon of oil and lemon juice. Brush the mushroom inside out with it.

Add the mushroom caps into the grill, with the stem sides down. Make sure the grill is coated with coconut butter or cooking spray. Cook each side for 5 minutes (or until soft).

Add the tomato mixture into the mushroom caps, cook until the cheese melts.

Feel free to improvise the ingredients or cooking process.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR INTERVIEW

1. before your interview, read through all the job details again because the questions at interview will relate to them

STEPS TO GET SEXY FEET

1. Fill a wash basin with warm water. Add a few drops of shampoo and an antiseptic solution to it. Now soak your feet in the water for a good 10 minutes at least so as to soften the dirt that may be lodged, especially in the grooves of the nails. 

2. Use a nail brush or an old tooth brush gently to clean your toenails. Pay extra attention to the nail borders as those are the tough spots.

3. Use a foot scrubber for the heels and the soles of the feet. Don't rub vigorously as you may end up bruising yourself.

Discus Fish ( Symphysodon aequifasciatus)

Discus fish can be met in the Amazon river. They prefer the calm waters and occupy  place in  roots of  the trees . Discus fish are from the family of cichlids. The scientific name of that fish is Symphysodon aequifasciatus.

Discus fish have a round body which is flattened like disk. Their heads is very small for that body.  They have a big eyes. In the wild nature they can be 10- 12 inches (25-30 cm)  in aquarium is impossible. The male  has bigger fins and more beautiful and bright colours than the females.

Discus needs a big aquarium more than 53 gallons  (200 litres). It must be high and with good filter and heater. The water  must be up to 12dGH, with  pH 6,2 -6,8  and temperature between  84.2-87.8 F (29-31 C). Every compromise here causes troubles. The discus is capricious fish.

The cares for  them must be  also regularly – cleaning and feeding. The food must be with high quality. The discus must feed with  larvae, tubifex and frozen foods. They are accustomed to eat combined food. Don’t give  them very often same food or they will start to hate the other. Don’t take discus for your first fish. It will be very difficult to cares for them.

Discus Breeding

The best way is if you have 6-10 discus fish. After they are sexually mature, they need around 20-22Discus Fish months, start to make a pairs. It’s difficult to make a difference between the male and the female. The most easy way is during the procreative period. The couple can be recognized with their unusually  move .

 They swim often close to each other. If you realized that a female is pregnant , warm the water to  86-90 F (30-32 C). The pair cleans a place to lay the caviar. The female throw  out a 60-420 eggs and the male fertilizes them. When the pair is young, in the most cases the process are unsuccessful. The mother cares  for the eggs: clean them, removes the unneeded eggs. The male guard the eggs. After the babies went  out (after 2-3 days). The parents will move the  the babies  to other  place in the aquarium, and after 5-6 days the babies start  to swim and stick to their parents backs, they feed from skin secretions. This secretion is also named discus milk. That process can be up to 40 days. Discus fish are such a lovely ornamental fish.

iPHONE 6

The some, the attraction of the masses to Apple devices is almost unfathomable. The iPhone has never been one of the most powerful handsets in the world, nor the smallest / largest, and yet seven years later it has retained (and grown) its unshakeable following.
However, in the last 18 months, the death knells have started quietly sounding, ringing in the distance as the best Android phones - once only a rival on spec or price - became genuine challengers and then out-and-out better handsets.

Tim Cook knew the brand needed to do something, and quickly - and that's just what's happened, with the iPhone 6 representing one of the most comprehensive overhauls of the iPhone range since the iPhone 4 - and actually going one step further in a lot of ways.

The processor is obviously uprated, the camera quicker and more capable than ever before, and the battery has been enlarged significantly to quell the disquiet at the power use of previous models.

But there's so much more here that represents a seismic shift for Apple: the increased resolution on the screen is really helpful (and badly needed) and the payments mechanism, while limited to the US only at the moment, will be the boost that the smartphone payment industry needed.

Design

Apple's design overhaul is much-needed and as much as many could have hoped for - taking a number of cues from the iPad Air to bring a metallic, almost ceramic, shell that feels simply brilliant in the hand.

Say what you like about Apple, it's a brand that's always put design at the forefront of its new handsets. Even the iPhone 5S, probably the most unimaginative of all of Cupertino's handsets, had a strong build that screamed quality in the hand, giving the user the instant feeling of something worth spending a lot on.

The iPhone 6 pushes that idea to the next level, losing the sharp edges in favour of sleek and rounded sides that make the device much more pleasing in the palm. It just feels so thin, but doesn't have the overly-lightweight feeling of the iPhone 5S.

There is a worry that this is a slippier handset than before thanks to the more rounded nature of the design, but then again with Apple (apparently) upgrading the glass in the screen to something that can withstand many, many more bumps and bruises before shattering, that might not be the horrid experience it might once have been.

The larger screen is certainly an improvement on the previous models - while I think 4.7-inches is going to be a tiny bit small for those that have lusted after their friends' Galaxy S5 devices with the 5.2-inch screen, it's still a very good size for one hand.

If it wasn't, then why would Sony have launched the Xperia Z3 compact and Samsung the Galaxy Alpha, both within 0.1-inch of the iPhone 6's screen size? The issue with the iPhone 5S, with the cramped screen making it almost impossible to peck out the letters on the keyboard, has now definitely been alleviated.

It's not got a great resolution, at only 1334 x 750 it's essentially 720p, but the new Retina HD screen looks brilliant. So much so that I thought I was picking up a dummy model to play with.

And if you're so desperate for the larger resolution, there's always the iPhone 6 Plus to be looking at, despite that being more of a phablet / Note 4 rival.

The upgraded resolution is a good jump for Apple, but not quite enough really for the spec fans. While I think the brand had it right a few years ago when it launched the Retina display, times have moved on.

Some people say that the Full HD / QHD displays on offer today from Sony, Samsung and LG are overkill, but there's no way that you won't see the difference in sharpness if you put the iPhone 5S and LG G3 next to one another.

However, it's the same PPI as the iPhone 5S, so the iPhone 6 might not stand up to sharpness tests next to the best the Android world has to offer.

It must be tremendously frustrating to create a quality, well-selling app and then find the resolution you coded for is now old news. The good news is that while you're spending hours making an iPhone 6 version, the phone can scale old apps to still work.

It's not going to be a perfect experience, but it's another example of Apple's decent ecosystem - if this was a handset running on the Android platform, a new resolution simply means the app won't run full stop, so at least there's some continuity here.

In terms of the performance advantage Apple has given itself, the new A8 processor certainly seems up to the task. While (as usual) we've not heard much in the way of specs for it, save to say it's the same 64-bit architecture that Apple added into the mix last year.

As such, the same snappiness is there in terms of camera processing, general browsing and app use, but it will only be with some serious use that the power of the new A8 chip will show itself.

And while we've not been told the RAM inside the iPhone 6, there's a feeling that Apple will have doubled it at least to 2GB in order to facilitate more powerful and impressive apps, as well as allowing the phone to function better under duress.

Apple Pay

One of the big changes here, along with the newly announced iPhone Plus, is the new Apple Pay system. It means the iPhone finally packs NFC technology inside, which means the tech is finally here to stay as all the top vendors are now using it by default.

There's not a lot of surprise here, but the NFC element syncs with Passbook to allow you to pay simply with a tap of the phone. Apple Pay is essentially the same as most contactless methods of payment, and uses the current readers to let you pay with your phone (or even your Apple Watch).

I'll be digging deeper into this very soon, but the initial look showed that Apple getting on board and making it simple for consumers could be the boost this area needed to let you scrap the wallet.

OS

The new operating system that was debuted at WWDC earlier in the year has the expected poster boy in the iPhone 6 - while it's not a massive overhaul of the platform, it brings with it some nifty tweaks.

For instance, the updated notifications center is imbued with better powers than before, allowing you to see more relevant information from a simple pull down from the top of the screen.

This action isn't as easy as it once was, thanks to the larger screen, but that's worth it for the greater real estate to play with.

The new OS brings with it other big upgrades, such as the ability to use other keyboards in the future - the thought of Swiftkey on an iPhone, and one without such cramped conditions for typing is an appealing one - which shows that Apple knows it needs to do something big to keep up with the smartphone competition amid eroding market share.

Camera

The camera on the iPhone 6 isn't much of a change... from the outside. It's still 8MP, and still doesn't record in 4K.

But that would miss some of the big changes: the f/2.2 aperture, the new iSight camera with superfast autofocus thanks to 'Focus Pixels' and the same trick repeated with the video, for smooth shooting even if you're moving around.

The iPhone 6 has digital image stabilisation, unlike its larger iPhone 6 Plus brother, which packs optical image stabilisation for a likely slightly crisper picture.

But the cool thing (if you like slo-mo video) is the phone can now shoot at 240fps, which is a fantastically sharp way of looking at what people are doing really, really slowly.

The iPhone 6 is a really rather good handset indeed. While I can't bring myself to say 'it's the best iPhone ever made' again (it is, but I promised I wouldn't write that again after saying the same thing for three reviews in a row), in the pantheon of Apple handsets the iPhone 6 will go down as a pivotal moment.

HTC ONE (one of the best phone available in the market)

It's quite a tumble from the top spot for the HTC One, especially given it was our top smartphone for so long. However unless you're desperate to pay a little less per month, the newer One M8 does everything the original did, but so much better.

It's nothing to do with the quality of the One - which is still one of the outstanding phones on the market - but more the fact that if you like Boomsound, and Ultrapixel camera, a sharp and bright screen or a powerful processor, the M8 has improved in every way there.

But let's not forget what made this phone so great: the supreme aluminium chassis, the Full HD screen and the simplified version of Sense 5.0 sitting now on top of Android KitKat means it's still a pleasure to use and recommend this handset - but again, only if price is your main driver and you simply must have a One.

The innovations are also more than just marketing gimmicks; Zoe functionality allows the creation of delightful video highlight reels, and the Ultrapixel camera means you've got a much wider range of shots available thanks to being stunning in low light - and none of that is diminished with time.

Quick Verdict

With power, poise and beauty all combined in this innovative phone, HTC has proved it can more than still cut it with the big boys when it comes to bringing out a lust-worthy flagship smartphone - and the One deserves to stay in the top ten.

However, remember that this has one year fewer in terms of HTC promising to keep it upgraded, so if you pick it up now you might not get the newer versions of the software in 12 months time. The battery is also not as strong as on the One M8 - but it's still got a lot to offer.
