There are five main types of female body shape: Apple shape (or round), Pear shape (or triangle/ bottom heavy), Strawberry shape (or inverted triangle/ top heavy), Hourglass shape (or curvy) and Rectangle shape (also known as straight, ruler, or boyish) women.
